Many goals feel vague or unachievable, because they’re partially dependent on external factors. 


It’s hard to commit to goals around things we don’t fully control. 


Instead of setting goals for the new year, do this:


Write down the 3 best outcomes you experienced in 2023

Ask yourself what behaviors drove those outcomes (even if indirectly) 

Double down on those behaviors 


Nail the behaviors, and the goals take care of themselves.
